PiYo
PiYo™ is an athletic blend of Pilates and Yoga, unlike any other mind/body format around! This format will encourage the body to sculpt long, lean muscles, increase flexibility and promote strong core muscles. This class offers exercise progressions to challenge all levels of participants. Exercises are selected and balanced through strategic variations of each specific movement. PiYo is mind/body for hyper people! Participants will break a sweat as they are in constant motion, moving from one dynamic movement to the next.
Core Control
The core is the combination of abdominal, oblique, and back muscles. A strong core provides stability as a result of developing balance and strength. This class will focus on strenghtening these muscles with killer abdominal exercises all performed on the floor so you can continue to work your core at home. No equipment needed!

Flow Yoga
Flow Yoga has its roots in Ashtanga Yoga. It tends to be less structured than Ashtanga and allows the instructor to alter sequences and assign poses in response to students' needs. Flow Yoga is a fast-paced class with poses that encourage alignment, flexibility, balance, strength, and cardiovascular endurance.
Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga is based on physical postures, deep breathing, mindfulness, and listening to the body. Traditional asana (postures) are held in accurate alignment. Emphasis is placed on core strength, flexibility, balance, concentration, and breath control.
